Abstract
This article examines the specific features of developing physical qualities in senior school students who regularly train in volleyball. The main components of physical fitness — strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and coordination — are analyzed in relation to volleyball training. The study highlights the role of innovative technologies, modular training, interactive methods, and individualized approaches in enhancing students’ physical development. Practical recommendations for improving volleyball training programs are also provided.
