Abstract
This article analyzes modern training models aimed at developing strength, endurance, and coordination in fencers. The primary objective of the study is to identify optimal training methods for athletes of different ages and skill levels, evaluate their effectiveness through experimental testing, and develop practical recommendations. Interval training, plyometric exercises, functional stabilization drills, and sport-specific technical–tactical combinations were examined. The findings indicate that contemporary training approaches significantly enhance the competitive performance and technical–tactical stability of fencers.
