Ushbu maqolada qilichbozlik sportida kuch, chidamlilik va koordinatsiya kabi jismoniy sifatlarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan zamonaviy mashg‘ulot modellari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — turli yosh va tayyorgarlik darajasiga ega qilichbozlar uchun optimal mashg‘ulot metodlarini aniqlash, ularning samaradorligini eksperimental ravishda baholash va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Mushak kuchi, umumiy va maxsus chidamlilik, shuningdek hatti-harakatlar koordinatsiyasini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi interval mashg‘ulotlari, plyometrik yuklamalar, funksional stabilizatsiya mashqlari hamda sportga yo‘naltirilgan kombinatsion texnik drillar o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar zamonaviy metodik yondashuvlar qilichbozlarning musobaqa ko‘rsatkichlari va texnik-taktik barqarorlik darajasini sezilarli oshirishini ko‘rsatdi.
