Abstract

This article examines the process of teaching 9–11-year-old female handball players the technique of situational ball throwing from pedagogical and psychological perspectives. The study considers children’s age characteristics, level of physical fitness, coordination, and quick decision-making abilities. Various pedagogical approaches, training content, technical exercises, and methodological tools applied in the educational process are analyzed. Research results indicate that systematic training of situational ball throwing significantly improves technical skills. The article also provides recommendations for developing motor skills, quick decision-making, and teamwork abilities in young athletes.
