Abstract

This article describes the principles, approaches, and methods of planning the weekly training load for highly qualified para-athlete throwers (cope, shot put, discus). The analysis of the effectiveness of optimal load distribution in the training process, taking into account the physical and functional capabilities of athletes, is scientifically substantiated. It was noted that the correct distribution of workload contributes not only to the preservation of athletes' health but also to improving their sports results. Special attention was paid to load control, recovery processes, and an individual approach in training.
