Abstract
This article analyzes the biomechanical aspects of maintaining balance and destabilizing an opponent in kurash. The main objective of the study is to investigate the distribution of the body’s center of mass, support points, and forces involved during the execution of technical actions by athletes. The study examined body posture, movement trajectory, displacement of the center of mass, and the influence of muscular forces during the performance of various techniques using biomechanical analysis. The results indicate that the effectiveness of maintaining balance and destabilizing an opponent in Kurash depends on the athlete’s coordination, speed-strength abilities, and the correct biomechanical execution of techniques. The findings have significant scientific and practical importance for improving athletes’ training and enhancing the effectiveness of the training process in kurash.
