Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of the dynamics of changes in the technical fitness indicators of swimmers during long-term athletic training. In the study, the indicators of speed and acceleration of hand movements in the grasping, pulling, and pushing phases were compared at the stages of sports health improvement, training, initial training, athletic maturity, and higher athletic mastery. The results obtained showed an evolutionary transition from technical actions initially focused on speed, and subsequently to biomechanicalally efficient and energy-saving actions. In particular, the steady increase in acceleration indicators during the push phase confirms the decisive influence of technical preparation on athletic results. The research results scientifically substantiate the need for the gradual optimization of technical training within the long-term swimming training system
