Abstract
This article presents the results of a study aimed at developing flexibility in 10–12-year-old taekwondo athletes. During the research, a system of special exercises designed to improve active and passive flexibility was developed and tested in practice. The results showed that the purposeful development of flexibility in young athletes contributes to improving their technical accuracy, muscle elasticity, and overall physical fitness level.
