Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of academic rowing training on athletes' psychological stability. The article covers psychological factors such as the technical complexity of rowing, the relationship between physical and mental loads, as well as the athletes' emotional state, stress resistance level, and motivation. During the study, it was observed that the psychological stability of athletes increases due to the inclusion of elements of psychological preparation in sports training. The obtained results show that combining mental preparation with physical exercises is an important factor in improving the athlete's performance. The article also presents practical recommendations aimed at developing psychological resilience.
