Abstract

This article is devoted to improving the technical training of 10-yearold karatekas at the initial preparation stage. The study was conducted at Sports School No. 1 in Nukus and aimed to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of students' execution of fundamental techniques such as «kizami-tsuki», «gyakutsuki», «mawashi-geri», and «uramawashi-geri». The results demonstrated that the developed special training complex (the experimental group) achieved statistically significant improvements (p<0.01, p<0.001) in all examined technical methods compared to the control group. In conclusion, the developed methodology effectively enhances the technical preparedness of karatekas at the initial training stage.
