Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of turn technique on competitive performance in swimming. Using experimental research and video analysis, the relationship between turn efficiency and the time to complete a 100-meter distance was examined. The results indicate that improving turn technique contributes to enhancing swimmers’ competitive outcomes.
