Abstract
This article highlights the effectiveness of the phased organization of the training process in the formation of technical movements of young basketball players. The study analyzed the issues of sequential training of technical elements, gradual increase in training loads, and strengthening skills through repeated exercises, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of basketball players. It is substantiated that the method of step-by-step training serves the correct and stable mastery of technical movements in young athletes, the development of movement coordination, and the improvement of training effectiveness.
