Abstract
The article examines the problem of improving the technical skills of female students specializing in rhythmic gymnastics. This article describes a set of exercises for modifying the training process for 14-16-year-old female gymnasts in the all-around gymnastics competition. A classification of the round-off vaults for this type of gymnastics competition is provided. A set of preparatory exercises for teaching the round-off flak-salto vault is described. A comparative analysis of the competitive activities of female athletes in this type of gymnastics all-around competition was conducted in the experimental period (2024-2025).
